Our #Berg & #Moll #International #Lawyers team is from now on strengthened by Michał Roszak, Radca prawny (Polish attorney of law) and his team. Michał specializes in advising #Polish, #German and #international #clients on their #business activities on the international market. He focuses on the #negotiation of #international #commercial #contracts (with a particular focus on international #sales and #distribution), #international #litigation and cross-border #mergers and #acquisitions. Michał also advises his clients on Polish #commercial, #corporate, #pharmaceutical and #competition #law. With Michał and his team, we are able to offer our clients #cross–#border advice on German-Polish and French-Polish #legal issues, in particular corporate and commercial law – because the economic and political connections in the “Weimar Triangle” have gained considerably in importance over the last few years.
