He focuses on drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts (with a particular emphasis on international sale of goods and international distribution), international litigation, and cross-border mergers & acquisitions. He also advises his clients in Polish commercial, corporate, pharmaceutical, and competition law.

He is attorney-at-law (Radca prawny) admitted to Warsaw Bar Association, doctor of Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Docteur en Droit of the Université de Rennes in France.
