Our annual retreat #2024 took us back to Palma de Mallorca, where we almost start to feel at home, carried by the wind, sun and good energy. We had constructive discussions, with each partner presenting a topic: further development of Berg & Moll by taking on new partners in Europe and abroad, the impact of AI on our activities, how to improve our presence in social media for Berg & Moll’s activities and visibility, and much more. We loaded our backpacks with new projects and incentives and, to summarise: we are grateful to have grown together more and more as a team, which allows us to drive our shared visions forward. Already looking forward to next year – the destination might be Palermo😊
